He is the CEO of BAMSTRONG Presentations, a public speaking and career development firm.  Brian's latest book, A Love Letter to Black People: Audaciously Hopeful Thoughts on Race and Success is the 2009 Reader Views Literary Awards Book of the Year for its Current Events category.  His first book, The Real Bling: How to Get the Only Thing You Need, is a powerful and critically acclaimed guide to personal and professional development.  Prior to becoming an author, Brian served as an executive sales leader with Fortune 500 companies Honeywell International and Georgia-Pacific Corporation.  He is a graduate of Princeton University and the Columbia Business School.
